Polly Can Do

“Polly Can Do” is a 2D animated preschool web series of 20 x two minute episodes for boys and girls. The series promotes an authentic and positive representation of disability through a funny and engaging lead character Polly, a 5 year old girl living with cerebral palsy. In developing her resilience, creative problem-solving skills, Polly’s ‘can do’ approach means she’s able to enjoy every game she plays with her three best friends, while also helping them with their own kid-relatable issues like anxiety, sharing and knowing when to ask for help. “Polly Can Do” stories will remind us that there is no one version of “normal”, that we all move through the world in our own ways and every kid has their own unique set of talents, strengths and quirks. Our hope is that this will help spark broader conversations around the series about disability, inclusivity, accessibility and empathy.
