Our new series, Action Rabbits, was just introduced at the September 2025 edition of Toulouse’s Cartoon Forum, the pitching and co-production event for European animated series.

The 52 x 11’30” show, produced by Blue Spirit Productions (a Studio TF1 outfit), Atomic Cartoons and Milkcow Media, and distributed by Studio TF1, is set on the vibrant Hoppity Island. Amidst a towering volcano, colourful jungle, mysterious ancient temples and a quaint village, the series follows Dutch, Harley, Rush and Mash, four furry-eared friends who leap into action to rescue anyone in trouble. Using their unique skills and state-of-the-art gadgets, they face daunting missions, even confronting mischievous island inhabitants.

Aimed at children aged five to seven, the show blends comedy, empathy, teamwork and adventure with an Indiana Jones flair.

Jérôme Alby, SVP Kids & Family at Studio TF1, tells Cineuropa: “Action Rabbits is an upper-preschool rescue show with relatable characters, heroes with flaws, funny villains, a tropical island paradise, comedy, empathy, teamwork, love of mother nature, awesome gadgets and loads of surprises!   Thanks to our international writers’ awesome storytelling skills, we strongly believe that these values and themes will resonate with kids worldwide. We’re thrilled and honoured to already have TF1, RTS and RTBF on board, also with the highly experienced international animation studios Atomic Cartoons, Blue Spirit and Alexander Bar’s Milkcow Media. To jointly carve and polish this upcoming must-have show, we’re looking for co-producers and pre-sales partners – and, most of all, many new friends to work with.”
